	Dr. Abdalla Hamed General Manager [b2]   Dr. Abdalla Hamed  is a Chartered Accountant. He was a lecturer at the University of Walesbetween 2004 and 2008 and remains a visiting lecturer there. He also has number of publications in international conferences in the area of e-commerce, economic development, investment opportunities in Libya and emerging markets entry.
	Dr Muhammad Ghazie Ismail Pioneer in the development of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC Malaysia) Project, providing strategic directions for Industry Development and making the MSC a successful IT hub. Overall experience of more than 25 years in the ICT Industry with sales and marketing roles, general management, strategy formulation and providing leadership in consulting, strategic planning, project/program management, systems integration and incentive development.
