Compensation Claims
Now the new Libyan government is encouraging companies to come
back and resume their activities in the market. In order for these companies to
be able to come back and do the expected work (or even to cancel their contracts
and allow other companies to complete the work), they need to apply for compensation
and submit an outstanding payments report to the government’s Compensation Committee.
