Now the new Libyan government is encouraging companies to come back and resume their activities in the market. In order for these companies to be able to come back and do the expected work (or even to cancel their contracts and allow other companies to complete the work), they need to apply for compensation and submit an outstanding payments report to the government’s Compensation Committee.
