MSC Technology Centre was incorporated in 1997 in tandem with the development of Malaysia's Information Technology initiative, the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC). Its mission is to become a 'Technology & Knowledge Capture Mechanism' that will leverage from the lessons of the MSC and other national/international ICT initiatives and help its clients and personnel build capacity for innovation and results.

MSTCTC own niche knowledge, experiences and methodologies with national-and state level ICT strategy development, and in aligning IT with business strategy.

MSC-Status since 2002 and registered with Ministry of Finance Malaysia under Consultancy Services in the following areas:
